Your responsibility:
Reporting directly to the CEO of tiko Services, you will take the responsibility of driving the commercial growth of tiko in France under its own brand. Willing to mentor others, you are eager to take on a new challenge in a scaleup company. You will be responsible for growing the Sales team, as well as developing, supervising, and leading everyday sales strategies targeting different B2B actors. Always an expert, you will provide market insight for product development and solution design, effectively increasing the efficiency of the sales team and enhancing the company’s position with its partners.
Your profile:
- Proven track of successfully commercially developing a scaleup company in the IT industry
- Deep understanding of a growing company environment
- Previous experience as a sales executive with proven ability to develop and drive the sales process from lead to close
- Proven ability to manage a range of complex leads and projects and support their development
- Network in the Energy Management Industry with Social Housing companies, Housing companies, distributors and installers
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of organizations
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of complex products and services
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Willingness to travel in France and to Zurich
- French as a native language, English fluency mandatory, additional languages a plus
- Valid working permit in France or EU citizenship
